WHO QUALIFIES:

Applicants must be receiving contracted supports from UCP Oregon, or be active within UCP’s Family Support Department to be considered.

WHAT QUALIFIES:

Bill Porter funds may requested for anything that might improve your quality of life, such as home modifications; assistive technology; travel; educational funding; job training; wellness pursuits and/or hobbies.

TIMELINE:

We will be accepting applications from 8am on March 1st until 5pm on March 31st, 2025.
All applications will be considered equally, as long as they are received within the dates of the application period.
Award recipients will be likely be announced by early May.
