What to expect?
GAB Groups are safe, compassionate spaces where parents and caregivers raising children with cerebral palsy or other disabilities can talk openly, listen, share, and connect.
GAB Groups are facilitated by fellow parents, so you’ll be welcomed by someone who truly understands what it’s like.
Some months may feature a discussion topic, but there's always space to talk about whatever's most needed in the moment.
Many parents tell us they feel seen for the first time and no longer alone. These groups are more than just meetings, they’re a way to build community with others who truly understand.
