HOW DO I APPLY?

Applying is easy! Simply upload a resume and cover letter, and answer a few short questions.

​We’ll send you a confirmation email once we receive your materials. We’ll also let you know if you’ve been selected to interview or not.

WHAT'S THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE?

​You’ll likely do your first interview with UCP’s Recruitment Manager, Kristin Heying. She’ll tell you lots about the job and answer all your questions. If she sends you on for a second interview, it will be with the supervisor for the position and, if applicable, the person you’ll be supporting. After that, we generally make a decision within a week, and sometimes much sooner!

WHAT WOULD DISQUALIFY ME FROM A JOB THAT REQUIRES DRIVING?

  • Being under 18 years of age.
  • More than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • More than 2 accidents in the last 3 years.
  • More than 1 accident in any one year during the last 3 years.
  • Any speeding over 80 miles per hour, or 21 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in the last 3 years.
  • Operating a motor vehicle during a time of suspension or revocation.
  • Operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Careless driving.
  • Negligent homicide arising out of the use of a motor vehicle.
  • Aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.

WHAT BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES?

​As a full-time employee (working 30+ hours per week), you'll be eligible for:
  • Great medical benefits (medical, prescription, dental, vision, and alternative care) for employee, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents.
  • A 401k plan with company match up to 4%.
  • 11 paid holidays per year.
  • Generous paid time off.

WHAT BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES?

Part-time employees who work 20 to 29 hours per week are eligible for:
  • Paid time off.
  • A 401k plan with company match up to 4%.
  • Most part-time employees also receive holiday pay for any holiday worked.

Part-time employees working less than 20 hours per week, or having variable hours) are eligible for:
  • Paid sick leave.
  • Most part-time employees also receive holiday pay for any holiday worked.
