WHAT'S THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE? |
You’ll likely do your first interview with UCP’s Talent Acquisitions Team. They'll tell you lots about the job and answer all your questions. If they send you on for a second interview, it will be with the supervisor for the position and, if applicable, the person you’ll be supporting. After that, we generally make a decision within a week, and sometimes much sooner!
