HOW DO I APPLY?

Applying is easy! Simply upload a resume and cover letter, and answer a few short questions.

We’ll send you a confirmation email once we receive your materials. We’ll also let you know if you’ve been selected to interview or not.

WHAT'S THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE?

You’ll likely do your first interview with UCP’s Talent Acquisitions Team. They'll tell you lots about the job and answer all your questions. If they send you on for a second interview, it will be with the supervisor for the position and, if applicable, the person you’ll be supporting. After that, we generally make a decision within a week, and sometimes much sooner!

WHAT WOULD DISQUALIFY ME FROM A JOB THAT REQUIRES DRIVING?

Being under 18 years of age.
More than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
More than 2 accidents in the last 3 years.
More than 1 accident in any one year during the last 3 years.
Any speeding over 80 miles per hour, or 21 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in the last 3 years.
Operating a motor vehicle during a time of suspension or revocation.
Operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Careless driving.
Negligent homicide arising out of the use of a motor vehicle.
Aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.

As a full-time employee (working 30+ hours per week), you'll be eligible for:

Most part-time employees also receive holiday pay for any holiday worked.

Part-time employees working less than 20 hours per week, or having variable hours) are eligible for:

Paid sick leave.
Most part-time employees also receive holiday pay for any holiday worked.
