WHAT'S THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE?
You’ll likely do your first interview with UCP’s Recruitment Manager, Kristin Heying. She’ll tell you lots about the job and answer all your questions. If she sends you on for a second interview, it will be with the supervisor for the position and, if applicable, the person you’ll be supporting. After that, we generally make a decision within a week, and sometimes much sooner!
WHAT WOULD DISQUALIFY ME FROM A JOB THAT REQUIRES DRIVING?
Being under 18 years of age.
More than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
More than 2 accidents in the last 3 years.
More than 1 accident in any one year during the last 3 years.
Any speeding over 80 miles per hour, or 21 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in the last 3 years.
Operating a motor vehicle during a time of suspension or revocation.
Operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Careless driving.
Negligent homicide arising out of the use of a motor vehicle.
Aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
