Who Is Eligible?

  • You must qualify for Vocational Rehabilitation services (which are provided through the state), and/or have a developmental disabilities case manager (e.g. a Brokerage Personal Agent or County Service Coordinator).
  • If you are unsure if you qualify, please feel free to contact anyone on our team.

THE PROCESS:

First, we'll get to know each other.

We'll talk about:
  • Your job goals.
  • Your skills and talents.
  • Any new skills you might need.
  • How to overcome any potential barriers to employment.

Next, we'll assist you to find a great job.

We can assist you to:
  • Fill out applications, and create resumes and cover letters.
  • Prepare for interviews and negotiate for job accommodations.

​Also, if needed, we can help employers create a job just for you! 

We can support you on the job, too!

We'll be there as long as you need us. We can assist as you:
  • Attend orientation at your new job.
  • Learn to do your job tasks.
  • Interact with your co-workers and boss.
  • Negotiate for benefits, a promotion or a raise.
