• DESCRIPTION: Show a job seeker the inner workings of a business.

Unpaid Job Try-out:

• COST: $0.
• TIME COMMITMENT: Flexible. Often 1 day-4 weeks. 
• DESCRIPTION: Host a job seeker (usually unpaid) and enable them to build marketable skills in a competitive work environment.

hire one of our job seekers:

• COST: Minimum wage or higher.
• TIME COMMITMENT: Two+ hours a week. 
• DESCRIPTION: Round out your team by hiring someone who experiences a disability. Even two hours a week could change someone’s life (and your company culture!) for the better.

"Hacks" for Optimization:

• COST: Varies.
• ​TIME COMMITMENT: Two hours.
• DESCRIPTION: Host one our qualified staff as they provide an outside perspective. We'll share how to optimize the specialization of roles and division of tasks. 

DIVERSITY INITIATIVE CONSULTING:

• COST: Contact us for a price quote.
• TIME COMMITMENT: Varies.
• DESCRIPTION: Develop a diverse hiring initiative within your company: advance the accessibility of your application process or employee handbook and training materials, create accommodation request forms, and equip your hiring managers with the training they need to recognize and support opportunities for candidates and workers with disabilities.
