UCP Children's Services
​("Building Blocks")

Are you raising a child who experiences a developmental disability? UCP's Children's Services Department ("Building Blocks") offers one-on-one supports, both at home, and in the community. Find out what we can do for you!

OUR SERVICES:

In-Home Supports

We can assist your child with personal care and other activities of daily living.

Skills Training

We can help your child learn new skills, such as positive social interaction, volunteering, using public transportation, etc.

Community Inclusion

We can assist your child to pursue all sorts of fun, community-based activities, such as taking a class, exploring, or improving fitness.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Who Is Eligible?

Any child who:
  1. Is under the age of 18, and
  2. Has a developmental disability, and
  3. Is eligible for Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan.

NOTE: Each child must be referred to Building Blocks by their local County Developmental Disability (DD) Service Coordinator. If you are interested in our services, please first contact your Service Coordinator for a referral.
