• How DFR’s consumer advocates can help you
• Health insurance basics
• How to read an estimate of benefits letter
• Protections provided by the ACA, No Surprises Act, and Drug Price Transparency Program
• The appeals process for adverse benefit determinations
• How to file a complaint with your insurance provider
