Looking for reliable, motivated employees—and a hiring partner who handles the heavy lifting?

Employment Solutions has been connecting Portland-area businesses with skilled workers since 2006.

We recruit, screen, match, train, and support your new hire. There's no cost to you.

"We weren't sure what to expect going in. What we got was an employee who shows up on time, does the work, and has become genuinely popular with our regulars. We've since brought on two more."
—[fictional placeholder: General Manager, neighborhood grocery]

"Employment Solutions made the process easy. They handled everything on the front end, and their job coach was on-site until our new hire didn't need the support anymore. Zero disruption to our operation."
—[fictional placeholder: Operations Manager, food service chain]

"Retention is our biggest challenge in this industry. Our Employment Solutions hire has been with us for three years. I wish I could say that about more of my staff."
—[fictional placeholder: HR Director, healthcare organization]

"Honestly? Best referral I've gotten. Hard worker, great attitude, and the support team at Employment Solutions was responsive every time I had a question."
—[fictional placeholder: Owner, local restaurant]

Step 1: We get to know your business. One of our Employment Specialists meets with you to learn about your workplace, your team, and the role you need to fill. No paperwork, no obligation.

Step 2: We find your candidate. We match you with one or more job seekers from our pool whose skills, interests, and work style fit your opening. You review the match and choose who you might like to interview.

Step 3: We support the new hire. If you choose one of our job seekers, our Job Coaches can provide on-site training and ongoing support—at no cost to you.

Most employers tell us they barely notice we're there, except that their new employee is performing well.

That's it. You get a vetted, supported employee. We handle the rest.

Employers who partner with supported employment programs consistently report lower turnover, stronger attendance, and employees who show up ready to work. The data backs it up.

  • Employers who made workplace accommodations reported measurable results: 72% saw improved employee productivity and 56% saw increased employee attendance. (Job Accommodation Network)

  • 61% of workplace accommodations cost nothing to implement. Of those that do have a cost, the median is $300. (Job Accommodation Network)

  • 90% of consumers say they prefer to give their business to companies that hire people with disabilities. (U.S. Department of Labor, ODEP)

  • Companies that lead in disability inclusion outperform their peers—averaging 1.6x more revenue and 2.6x more net income. (Accenture)

And because our Job Coaches can handle onboarding and on-the-job training, in most cases, you won't spend a dime.

Once you're an employer partner, we can help with more than placement.

Job Carving: Got tasks that aren't quite a full role? We can help you identify work that could be carved into a position—freeing up your existing team to focus on higher-level responsibilities.

DEI and Accessibility Consulting: We can review your hiring process, employee handbook, and training materials for accessibility. We can also help you build accommodation request processes and train hiring managers to recognize and support workers with disabilities.

Both services are available to current employer partners at no cost.
