We know you're busy.

We know that it can be rough out there. It can be hard to find dedicated employees. It can be hard to find the time to train your employees.

And it can be especially hard to find the time to make a difference.

What if we told you that we can help you find your next amazing employee, for free?

We might even be able to provide free on-the-job coaching and training for your new employee.

Plus, you'll be making a difference... for free!

In our almost 20-year history, we've placed hundreds of qualified job-seekers at employers across Multnomah and Clackamas Counties.

Our team is experienced and passionate about their work. They won't rest until they find the perfect new employee for you and your workplace.

step one: Getting to know you and your workplace

First, you'll meet with one of our Employment Specialists, and tell them more about your workplace, and your job openings.

step twO: finding your perfect applicant!

We'll search through our database of qualified job-seekers and match job-seekers to your opening, with no obligation to hire.

on-the-job supports (if needed)

Many of our job seekers are able to do the job with no additional supports, but if additional coaching or training are needed, we can provide it for free.

Host a tour

  • Show one of our job seekers what it's like to work at your company. It's a very brief commitment that might change lives!

Unpaid Job Try-outs

  • Host one of our job seekers (usually unpaid) as they learn more about your workplace. This will assist them to build marketable skills in a competitive work environment.

job carving

  • Some of your employees may be doing tasks that would be much better done by someone else, maybe even an entry level employee. We can show you how to carve those tasks off into a separate position.

DEI and accessibility CONSULTING

  • We can assist you to develop a diverse hiring initiative within your company.
  • We can also help you advance the accessibility of your application process or employee handbook and training materials.
  • We can assist you to create accommodation request forms.
  • We can also train your hiring managers to recognize and support opportunities for candidates and workers with disabilities.
